Zoom - Video Conferencing

Zoom's free plan includes conferencing for up to 100 attendees for 40 Minutes.

During the COVID-19 pandemic Zoom has offered their Pro plan for free to Educational institutions as long as you sign up with your school email account. Find out more info about Zoom here.


Google's Gsuite that includes Mail, Drive and Meet along with other awesome productivity tools has also made changes to their suite of software to accommodate people working from home.

Microsoft Office 365

Microsoft is offering Microsoft Teams their Slack competitor with no user caps for companies needing to communicate with remote workers you can find out more about Microsoft Teams. Microsoft has also announced it is making the basic version of its Office 365 enterprise suite of productivity tools such as Word and Excel free for six months to organizations, which gives users access to the premium version of Microsoft Teams.


Slack has always had a free tier of service and is one of our favorite apps. You can have up to 250 users on one Slack account. You can also integrate up to 10 apps to Slack to improve productivity within Slack. Find out more about Slack here.
